Evolution of stress, Stress Management Techniques, Group stress, Organizational stress
The aim of this paper is to study the how to manage stress level of employees at work place and employees’ satisfaction towards the stress management techniques and managing work stress. Suggestions and recommendation are also given to further to reduce the stress level at work place. The sample consists of 100 employees of Jumbo Bag Limited. It is a Descriptive Research. The participants are the employees of the company. It is done using Random Sampling Method. In this study Primary data is collected as survey through questionnaire. In this research, a detailed analysis of the collected data has been attempted as per the objectives of the research. Statistical tools such as percentage analysis and Chi-Square test has been applied for analyzing the data. Hence, there is a significant difference between the psychological working conditions and their managing stress level affecting the organization.
