Abstract

Education
समावेशी शिक्षा, नीतियाँ, रैम्प, प्रथाएँ वातावरण आदि ।
समावेशी शिक्षा की ओर बढ़ते कदम में सीखने के माहौल को लेकर व्यक्तियों की धारणा पर नए सिरे से ध्यान केंद्रित करना शामिल है। व्यक्ति कक्षा को एक विविध परिवेश के रूप में देखते हैं जहाँ विभिन्न प्रकार के छात्र अपनी अनूठी सीखने की शैली, योग्यताएँ, अनुभव और पृष्ठभूमि लेकर आते हैं। एक समावेशी कक्षा न केवल इन भिन्नताओं का सम्मान करती है बल्कि उन्हें अपनाती भी है। हालाँकि समावेशी शिक्षा की अवधारणा आमतौर पर कक्षा के वातावरण में विशेष आवश्यकता वाले बच्चों को शामिल करने से जुड़ी है, लेकिन यह शिक्षा विभाग के दृष्टिकोण का सटीक प्रतिबिंब नहीं है। वास्तव में, समावेशी शिक्षा का लक्ष्य यह है कि छात्रों को सीखने के माहौल के सभी पहलुओं में शामिल किया जाए, चाहे विविधता का कोई भी पहलू क्यों न हो। ऐसी समावेशी शिक्षा में केवल छात्रों की नियुक्ति से कहीं अधिक शामिल है। यह सभी छात्रों को शामिल करती है और स्कूल समुदाय के भीतर होने वाली हर चीज़ को शामिल करती है: संस्कृति, नीतियाँ और प्रथाएँ। असाधारण छात्रों के लिए, समावेशी शिक्षा का अर्थ यह नहीं है कि हर छात्र से यह अपेक्षा या अपेक्षा की जाती है कि वह हर समय नियमित कक्षा में उपस्थित रहे। कुछ छात्रों को, चाहे वे चिकित्सीय, शैक्षणिक, सामाजिक या भावनात्मक कारणों से हों, अपनी आवश्यकताओं की पूर्ति के लिए समय-समय पर व्यक्तिगत या छोटे समूह में निर्देश की आवश्यकता होती है। एक समावेशी स्कूल संस्कृति हासिल करने के लिए, बदमाशी पर एक कार्यशाला आयोजित करने, रैंप बनाने या कर्मचारियों को विविधता प्रशिक्षण देने का निर्णय लेने से कहीं अधिक की आवश्यकता होती है। यह केवल समावेशी होने की बात करने वाले मूल्य कथन को विकसित करने से कहीं अधिक है। एक समावेशी स्कूल संस्कृति के लिए सभी हितधारकों के दृष्टिकोण में बदलाव के साथ-साथ समावेशी व्यवहार को सुदृढ़ करने वाली नीतियों और प्रथाओं के विकास की आवश्यकता होती है।
