Abstract

Education
Job performance satisfaction; employee motivation, organizational factors, intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, leadership style, work environment, organizational culture, educational institution, Prophet Elisha Christian Academy (PECA).
This study examines the job performance satisfaction of employees at Prophet Elisha Christian Academy (PECA) for School Year 2025–2026, with particular focus on the influence of motivational and organizational factors. Anchored on Self-Determination Theory, Herzberg’s Two-Factor Theory, and Social Exchange Theory, the research investigates how intrinsic motivation, extrinsic rewards, recognition, leadership style, work environment, organizational culture, and institutional support relate to employees’ satisfaction with their job performance. Employing a quantitative descriptive-correlational research design, data will be gathered from teaching and non-teaching staff through a structured survey questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale. Descriptive statistics will be used to determine the levels of motivation, organizational factors, and job performance satisfaction, while Pearson correlation and multiple regression analyses will identify significant relationships and predictors of satisfaction. The findings of the study are expected to provide empirical evidence on the combined effects of motivational and organizational factors on job performance satisfaction. Results will serve as a basis for proposing targeted interventions and evidence-based human resource strategies aimed at enhancing employee motivation, satisfaction, and performance. Ultimately, the study seeks to support PECA’s efforts in fostering a positive, supportive, and values-driven work environment that promotes employee well-being, organizational effectiveness, and the delivery of quality education.
