E-Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, E-Banking, Digital Banking, Banking Sector, Service Reliability, Online Banking, Customer Loyalty.
The banking sector has undergone major transformation with the advancement of digital technology. Electronic banking services such as internet banking, mobile banking, ATMs, and digital payment systems have made banking transactions faster, easier, and more convenient for customers. The present study focuses on analyzing the impact of e-service quality on customer satisfaction in the banking sector. The main objective of the study is to examine the level of customer awareness and usage of e-banking services and to analyse how various dimensions of eservice quality influence customer satisfaction. Primary data was collected from 100 respondents using a structured questionnaire, and secondary data was gathered from books, journals, and websites. The collected data was analysed using statistical tools such as percentage analysis and rank analysis.
