Abstract: Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises take in massive scope covering activities like manufacturing, servicing, financing, construction, infrastructure etc. In view of the Government of India ever increasing importance given to the small scale industries they need to be set up in the years to come. By contributing its increasing share to the national production, employment and exports, small scale industries also contribute to the economic development of the country. In the present study focuses on recital of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises like capital structure, employment pattern, average cost of production, and profitability are covered and suggestions emanating from the conclusions are offered for ensuring a better performance in selected Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. The study comprises a total sample of 192 units covering all industrial categories.
