भारत का संविधान, अनुच्छेद 370, अलगाव, स्वायत्तता, अनुच्छेद 370, अनुच्छेद 35, जम्मू और कश्मीर, संविधान, विशेष दर्जा ।
यह अध्ययन तत्कालीन जम्मू और कश्मीर राज्य के संबंध में भारत सरकार के हालिया निर्णय का विश्लेषण करने का एक प्रयास है। इस निर्णय ने उस विशेष दर्जे को छीन लिया जो तत्कालीन जम्मू और कश्मीर राज्य को प्राप्त था। उक्त निर्णय 5 अगस्त 2019 को किया गया था। पेपर इस क्षेत्र में इस तरह के निर्णय के परिणामों का भी विश्लेषण करता है। यहां यह उल्लेख करना उचित है कि तत्कालीन जम्मू और कश्मीर राज्य को भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 370 के तहत विशेष दर्जा प्राप्त था। यह पत्र अनुच्छेद 370 को निरस्त करने के परिणामों का भी विश्लेषण करता है। अनुच्छेद 370 जिसने जम्मू और कश्मीर को भारत के संविधान में एक विशेष दर्जा के साथ स्वायत्तता प्रदान की। पेपर जम्मू-कश्मीर के संदर्भ में स्वायत्तता के अर्थ को उजागर करने का प्रयास करता है।
