Abstract

SCIENCES OF MANAGEMENT
Human resources management, Employees, Values, Involvement, Organization.
The intensity of competition is driving companies to leverage their values and identity not only to position themselves in the market but also to acquire effective human resources. But the objective of HRM is not limited to recruitment but extends to employee engagement. Thus, the question arises as to how corporate values influence organizational commitment. Based on the hypothesis that employees' adherence to the company's values generates their organizational commitment, this work aims to analyze the dependence between these two variables by means of an opinion survey of 100 employees.
