Abstract

POLITICAL SCIENCE
सामाजिक-राजनीतिक व्यवस्था, महिला अधिकारिता, पंचायती राज व्यवस्था, निर्णय लेने की प्रक्रिया, भारतीय संविधान
महिला सशक्तिकरण का मतलब समान स्थिति और महिलाओं को बनाने की स्वतंत्रता हो सकती है। इसका उद्देश्य महिलाओं को आर्थिक रूप से स्वतंत्र, स्वायत्त और सक्षम बनाना है, ताकि वे कठोर परिस्थितियों का सामना कर सकें और निर्णय लेने की प्रक्रिया में भाग ले सकें। भारतीय संविधान में लैंगिक और नस्लीय भेदभाव को प्रतिबंधित करने, मानव तस्करी पर प्रतिबंध लगाने, बल में श्रम पर प्रतिबंध लगाने और महिलाओं के लिए निर्वाचित पदों को आरक्षित करने का प्रयास किया गया है ताकि यौन असमानताओं को कम किया जा सके। महिलाओं को समान अधिकारों के लिए राजनीतिक दलों में बढ़ती मांगों से जोड़ा जाता है। लैंगिक समानता पर संवैधानिक आवश्यकताओं के बावजूद, संसद में केवल कुछ महिलाएं ही अपना निर्णय ले सकती हैं। स्वदेशी महिलाएं बहुत शक्तिहीन होती हैं, और अनादि काल से पुरुषों की तुलना में उनका सम्मान कम होता है। लैंगिक असमानता शिक्षा और रोजगार तक पहुंच प्राप्त कर रही है। महिलाओं को भी समाज में असमान लिंग भूमिका निभाने के लिए पाया गया है। भारत में राजनीति में पुरुषों की तुलना में महिलाएं प्रभावित नहीं होती हैं। विश्व के अधिकांश देशों में भी यही स्थिति है। पिछले समय के विपरीत, राजनीति में महिलाओं की भूमिका अब बहुत प्रेरणादायक है। आज यह पहले से काफी बेहतर है। लेकिन भारत में, कुलीन महिलाएं और शहरी दल भारतीय महिलाओं की निर्णय लेने वाली शक्तियों को आकर्षित करना जारी रखते हैं। भारतीय संसद में महिलाओं का समावेश आज भी उचित नहीं है। विधायी निकायों में अतिरिक्त स्थान के लिए महिलाएं तंग हैं। शोध से पता चलता है कि राजनीतिक भागीदारी महिलाओं को समाज में अपनी मूलभूत समस्याओं और इच्छाओं को संभालने की अनुमति देती है और यह सुनिश्चित करती है कि प्रचलित राष्ट्रीय, प्रांतीय, जिला और स्थानीय स्तर उपलब्ध है और राजस्व, पारदर्शिता, राजनीतिक भागीदारी, राजनीतिक नेतृत्व और नीति की मांग के लिए पूरी तरह उत्तरदायी है। . दुनिया की आबादी का 0.5% से अधिक है। यह सच है। यह सच है। हालांकि, उनके पास अपने साथियों की तुलना में राजनीतिक निर्णय लेने की न्यूनतम डिग्री नहीं है। इसलिए महिलाओं को निर्णय लेने और राजनीति करने के लिए साधारण न्याय या लोकतंत्र की आवश्यकता है। यही कारण है कि अध्ययन का उद्देश्य राजनीति में महिलाओं की भागीदारी पर शोध करना और राजनीति में महिलाओं की भागीदारी पर सांख्यिकीय साक्ष्य का विश्लेषण और राजनीति में महिलाओं की समस्याओं और मुद्दों का विश्लेषण करना है।
