Abstract

Physical Medecine and functional rehabilitation.
Multiple sclerosis, deficiencies, rehabilitation, equipment.
Multiple sclerosis is a chronic inflammatory demyelinating and autoimmune disease of the central nervous system. It is the leading cause of disability in young people. The evaluation is essential to determine the different deficiencies in order to prescribe the appropriate rehabilitation methods and technical aids. Several methods are used and have proven their effectiveness in this pathology. Its management is multidisciplinary involving several specialties (neurology, functional rehabilitation and its stakeholders (physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, psychiatry ...).
