For long our history has created wonders in terms of spreading religious awakening in the formation of society. In that effort a considerable share can be credited to the Jesuit Community of the World. In August 1534, St. Ignatius of Loyola, a Spanish soldier turned priest led with the noble idea of ameliorating the World with the ideology of in evangelization and apostolic ministry. In this endeavour, one of the initial apostles of the Jesuit mission was spreading education among the global subjects. The idea got nurtured in a better way for the better implication in the practical world. With that initiative as a bedrock, Ignatian Pedagogy Paradigm (IPP) has been designed and tried to implicate in a productive manner. India has been a prime zone for spreading this pedagogy and with time the classical idea of IPP has taken over by the society at large. The present paper highlights the practical implication of this IPP model in one of the campuses of St. Xavier’s Educational Structure of West Bengal.
