Abstract

महिला व्यावसायिक शिक्षा, पारंपरिक लिंग भूमिकाएं, आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण, चुनौतियां और अवसर, शिक्षा के माध्यम से महिलाओं को सशक्त बनाना
यह अध्ययन उन कारकों की जांच करता है जो झारखंड के पलामू जिले में महिलाओं के व्यावसायिक शिक्षा में प्रवेश को प्रभावित करते हैं। यह तर्क देता है कि पारंपरिक लिंग भूमिकाएं जो महिलाओं की शिक्षा और रोजगार तक पहुंच को प्रतिबंधित करती हैं, धीरे-धीरे टूट रही हैं, और व्यावसायिक शिक्षा इस प्रक्रिया में एक महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा रही है। अध्ययन में पाया गया है कि महिलाएं विभिन्न कारणों से व्यावसायिक शिक्षा में तेजी से प्रवेश कर रही हैं, जिनमें अपने कौशल और योग्यता में सुधार करना, बेहतर नौकरी पाना और अपने परिवारों और समुदायों के आर्थिक विकास में योगदान देना शामिल है। हालांकि, अध्ययन में यह भी पाया गया है कि महिलाओं को व्यावसायिक शिक्षा तक पहुंचने में अभी भी कई चुनौतियां हैं, जिनमें वित्तीय संसाधनों की कमी, परिवार का समर्थन नहीं मिलना और सामाजिक कलंक शामिल हैं। अध्ययन का निष्कर्ष है कि व्यावसायिक शिक्षा महिलाओं को सशक्त बनाने और पारंपरिक लिंग भूमिकाओं को चुनौती देने का एक शक्तिशाली उपकरण हो सकता है। हालांकि, यह महत्वपूर्ण है कि महिलाओं को इस शिक्षा तक पहुंचने में आने वाली चुनौतियों का समाधान किया जाए ताकि यह वास्तव में समावेशी और परिवर्तनकारी हो सके। अध्ययन 100 महिलाओं के सर्वेक्षण पर आधारित है, जिन्होंने पलामू जिले में व्यावसायिक शिक्षा कार्यक्रमों में नामांकन किया है। सर्वेक्षण डेटा को महिलाओं के एक नमूने के साथ गहन साक्षात्कार के साथ पूरक किया गया था।
