In the dynamic landscape of healthcare, optimizing clinical trials poses a formidable challenge. This paper explores the groundbreaking realm of developing a personalized medicine approach for clinical trial design and patient selection, leveraging the transformative power of machine learning. The primary goal is to usher in a new era of clinical trials that is not only more effective but also tailored to individual patient profiles. The outlined methodology in this paper entails a comprehensive process, commencing with meticulous data aggregation. Drawing from diverse sources such as electronic health records, clinical trials, and biorepositories ensures a rich and varied dataset. Subsequently, advanced machine learning models play a pivotal role, allowing for the extraction of meaningful insights from vast datasets that traditional analyses might overlook. The machine learning model consistently outperforms traditional methodologies. Its predictive capabilities enable the identification of patients more likely to respond positively to specific treatments, a pivotal aspect in designing more focused and effective clinical trials.
