Abstract

Pharmaceuticals
Artificial intelligence, personalized marketing , healthcare industry, patient care, digital marketing
AI is rapidly changing the healthcare industry, presenting promising solutions for better patient care and outcomes. This review article discusses the applications of AI in personalized telehealth and digital marketing, focusing on the advantages and challenges of its implementation. In digital marketing, AI can be used to personalize customer experiences, improve ad targeting, and generate data-driven insights for effective marketing campaigns. AI can analyse customer behaviour data to identify preferences and predict future purchases. AI can also be used to create personalized product recommendations and deliver targeted advertising messages. While AI in healthcare and marketing has potential benefits, there are also challenges to address. Ethical considerations regarding data privacy, bias, and transparency are crucial to ensuring AI is used responsibly and ethically. Regulatory frameworks need to be developed to ensure AI algorithms are safe, effective, and aligned with ethical standards. Additionally, potential biases in AI algorithms need to be identified and mitigated to prevent unfair or discriminatory outcomes. Overall, AI presents a promising opportunity to improve healthcare outcomes and enhance customer engagement in the digital marketing landscape. By carefully addressing the ethical, regulatory, and technical challenges, AI can be harnessed to revolutionize healthcare and marketing practices, leading to better patient care, personalized customer experiences, and enhanced business outcomes.
