Social Media and Market
Social media, consumer behavior, online, trends, choices, buying , marketing, engagement, shopping, business, satisfy, demand, internet, followers, products, optimizing, e-commerce, platforms, websites, communication, interaction, perspectives, audience, followers, brand, awareness, content
Social media has become a huge player in shaping consumer behaviour. It also influences online purchasing trends and consumer habits. The fast-paced expansion of platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn etc. has changed how the consumers find, access, and buy products and services. This research paper aims to understand the impact of social media on consumers choices by focusing on the on the role of ads, suggestions by peers, and user-created content in shaping and influencing online buying behaviors. This study emphasizes the opportunities and challenges businesses encounter in utilizing social platforms to engage and influence their audience by analyzing engagement trends, demographic differences, and the success of social media marketing tactics. This study enhances the overall knowledge of digital marketing dynamics and provides practical advice for marketers aiming to improve their social media presence and foster significant consumer engagement.1
