Abstract

Education
भावनात्मक बुद्धिमत्ता, शैक्षणिक उपलब्धि, माध्यमिक छात्र, गाज़ीपुर जिला, सहसंबंध
वर्तमान शोध पत्र का उद्देश्य गाज़ीपुर जिले के माध्यमिक विद्यालयों के छात्रों की भावनात्मक बुद्धिमत्ता और उनकी शैक्षणिक उपलब्धि के बीच संबंध का अध्ययन करना है। आज की प्रतिस्पर्धी शिक्षा प्रणाली में केवल बौद्धिक क्षमता ही नहीं, बल्कि भावनात्मक बुद्धिमत्ता भी शैक्षणिक सफलता का महत्वपूर्ण निर्धारक बन गई है। अध्ययन में 200 छात्रों (लड़के एवं लड़कियाँ) का चयन किया गया। भावनात्मक बुद्धिमत्ता मापने हेतु भावनात्मक बुद्धिमत्ता स्केल का उपयोग किया गया तथा शैक्षणिक उपलब्धि हेतु वार्षिक परीक्षा के प्राप्तांक लिए गए। आंकड़ों का विश्लेषण सहसंबंध, t-परीक्षण और प्रतिगमन तकनीक से किया गया। परिणामों से ज्ञात हुआ कि भावनात्मक बुद्धिमत्ता और शैक्षणिक उपलब्धि के बीच मध्यम स्तर का सकारात्मक सहसंबंध है। साथ ही, उच्च भावनात्मक बुद्धिमत्ता वाले छात्रों की शैक्षणिक उपलब्धि अधिक पाई गई।
