Digital Literacy, Digital Divide, Social Inclusion, ICT Access and Skills, Digital Empowerment, E-Governance, Digital Competency
Digital literacy has become a central requirement for full participation in the rapidly evolving digital world. As governments, educational systems, and industries adopt technology-driven platforms, individuals lacking digital skills face increased marginalization. This paper presents an extended analysis of how digital literacy functions as a driver of social inclusion, particularly in developing nations where infrastructural and social inequalities persist. By examining survey data, qualitative field interviews, government policy documents, and academic literature, this study highlights the transformative potential of digital competencies. The expanded discussion explores the relationship between digital access, economic mobility, gender equity, and civic participation. Tables, graphs, and comparative analyses underscore disparities and identify progress benchmarks. This expanded version provides deeper insights, a broader theoretical foundation, and a strengthened set of recommendations aimed at achieving sustainable digital inclusion
