किशोरियां, ग्रामीण शिक्षा, लैंगिक असमानता, सामाजिक संरचना, सांस्कृतिक पूंजी, झारखंड।
यह शोधपत्र झारखंड राज्य के देवघर जिले के देवीपुर और मोहनपुर प्रखंडों की ग्रामीण किशोरियों की शिक्षा में आने वाली सामाजिक, आर्थिक और सांस्कृतिक बाधाओं का समाजशास्त्रीय विश्लेषण प्रस्तुत करता है । अध्ययन का उद्देश्य यह समझना है कि किस प्रकार गरीबी, पितृसत्तात्मक सोच, पारिवारिक जिम्मेदारियाँ, विद्यालयों की कमी, और सुरक्षा संबंधी भय ग्रामीण किशोरियों की शिक्षा को सीमित करते हैं । यह अध्ययन मिश्रित पद्धति पर आधारित है, जिसमें मात्रात्मक व गुणात्मक दोनों प्रकार के डेटा का उपयोग किया गया है। प्राथमिक डेटा संरचित प्रश्नावली, अर्ध-संरचित साक्षात्कार और फोकस ग्रुप डिस्कशन के माध्यम से एकत्र किया गया है। देवीपुर और मोहनपुर प्रखंड के चयनित गाँवों में कुल 50 प्रतिभागियों (40 किशोरियाँ और 10 अन्य उत्तरदाता) को अध्ययन में शामिल किया गया है। अध्ययन परिणामों से स्पष्ट हुआ कि ग्रामीण किशोरियों की शिक्षा केवल आर्थिक अभाव से नहीं, बल्कि सामाजिक संरचना, लैंगिक भेदभाव और सांस्कृतिक मान्यताओं से भी प्रभावित होती है। विद्यालयी अवसंरचना की कमी और सरकारी योजनाओं की सीमित पहुँच ने भी शिक्षा में बाधा उत्पन्न की है। अध्ययन निष्कर्ष निकालता है कि शिक्षा केवल नीति का विषय नहीं, बल्कि सामाजिक परिवर्तन और सशक्तिकरण का माध्यम है।
