Abstract

Marketing
Quick Commerce, Q-commerce, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, ultra-rapid deliveries.
Quick Commerce (Q-commerce) platform such as Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart have transformed consumer buying behaviour for groceries and daily essentials by enabling ultra-rapid deliveries, typically within 10–20 minutes. This study aims to examine the level of awareness and preference that influence consumer in Jhansi district. The primary data is collected using structured questionnaire from 150 respondents through simple random sampling. The analysis is conducted using microsoft excel and the results is presented in charts. The findings reveal that awareness is growing among young consumers, factors such as delivery speed, convenience, discounts & offers, lack of time and products variety significantly influence preference for quick-commerce services.
