This review paper explores the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in government administrations for good governance. Good governance requires effective and efficient decision-making, transparency, and accountability, and AI has the potential to enhance these qualities. This review examines the current literature on the use of AI in government administration and provides an overview of the various applications of AI in the public sector. The review also discusses the potential benefits and challenges associated with AI integration in government, such as privacy concerns and ethical considerations. Overall, the review highlights the importance of incorporating AI into government administrations to improve the delivery of public services and enhance governance. The review includes an analysis of existing literature, case studies, and practical examples of AI implementation in various aspects of government administration, including policy-making, service delivery, and decision-making. The paper also discusses the potential benefits and challenges associated with AI adoption in government and highlights the need for responsible AI governance to ensure that AI is used ethically and effectively.
