This study examined trends and forecasts human rights violations in the Philippines from 2017 to 2022, using data from the Commission on Human Rights. We use the Linear Regression and ARIMA model to see its correlation with trends related to human rights violation cases and predict the upcoming cases. Varying regions in the Philippines display patterns of violation significantly differently, with peaks that emerged in 2019 in regions across NCR, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, and Davao. Based on the ARIMA model, it was seen that for the CHR Investigation Office and NCR, it slowly increased to stabilize during later years; for regions such as Cagayan Valley and Ilocos, a fluctuating trend occurred and declined in certain periods. Conclusion: An integrated statistical model like ARIMA may further refine the anticipation of human rights violations and target interventions based on such predictive models. It supports the strategic fight for human rights in the Philippines while highlighting the role played by computational analysis in social advocacy.
