Rainwater harvesting is a technique for collecting and storing rainwater for later use. This report examines the need for rainwater harvesting, explores various methods for its implementation, and analyzes existing research on the topic. Following a general introduction, the report reviews existing literature on rainwater harvesting. This includes the growing need for sustainable water management practices, the various methods of rainwater harvesting, and a summary of relevant research. The identified research gaps are then presented. The methodology used to analyze data related to rainwater harvesting is then explained.
