In this study, aimed at finding out A Study on Management of Mandal Parishad Schools in Nizamabad Mandal of Nizamabad District, here are some of the main findings, It was found that out of 27 Headmasters, 9 (90.00%) female and 17 (100.00%) male, and among 94 teachers 62 (98.41%) male and 30 (96.77%) female have expressed their positive opinion regarding school own building,out of 27 Headmasters, 6 (60.00%) female and 12 (70.59%) male, and among 94 teachers 48 (76.19%) male and 19 (61.29%) female respondents have expressed their positive opinion with regard to adequate classrooms and out of 27 Headmasters, 6 (60.00%) female and 14 (82.35%) male, and among 94 teachers 51 (80.95%) female and 22 (70.97%) male have expressed their positive opinion on students comfortably sit in the classroom. The self developed tool, for the present investigation the investigator selected Opinionnaire methods. The researcher identified 2 areas about management of school i.e. of physical facilities and academic environment, the population comprised of male and female headmasters and male and female teachers working in mandal parishad schools of Nizamabad of Nizamabad district. To find out the results the collected data was analyzed using statistical techniques such as percentages.
