The implementation of the MATATAG Curriculum in the Philippine educational system aims to address longstanding challenges in quality education delivery, focusing on strengthening foundational skills and improving teaching methodologies. This study examines the extent of administrative support in ensuring access to quality instructional materials within the MATATAG Curriculum in Tago District, Surigao del Sur. The study specifically investigates resource allocation, availability, teacher training, curriculum alignment, and feedback mechanisms, as perceived by 90 public elementary school teachers, 11 school administrators, and 11 members of the Quality Assurance Learning Management System (QA LMS) Committee. Findings reveal positive perceptions of administrative support in curriculum alignment and professional development. However, challenges persist in resource allocation and feedback systems. The study concludes that successful MATATAG Curriculum implementation in rural schools requires a synergistic approach that strengthens administrative support, resource allocation, professional development, and continuous feedback. Enhancing these areas is essential for the sustainability of educational reforms and improving learning outcomes.
